As many of you know, this week marks a tremendous leap forward for Yeoman’s in the Fork and her new sister company, Bentontown Press. Bentontown Press was born this past year from a desire to publish limited runs of very special books that are of importance to us as collectors. Each book created is Quarter-Bound in genuine leather, features raised hubs and 22KT gold trim and comes housed in a very attractive custom designed slipcase. The first two books in our ongoing series were released for sale this past Tuesday night. The books, Robert Hick’s ‘The Widow of the South’ and ‘A Separate Country’ were the star of the show at historic Carnton Plantation in Franklin, TN. Yeoman’s in the Fork would like to sincerely thank all of those who have shed their blood, sweat and tears with us on the long journey from inception to release. The release party was more than we could have hoped for and we have the photos of prove it! Special thanks go out to everyone at Carnton Plantation and all of those who purchased copies of these limited edition books created to celebrate both the Battle of Franklin as well as the hard work of the New York Times Bestselling author Robert Hicks. Please check out the photos below and be sure to secure your copies now for the upcoming holiday shopping season.
